Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and dispatched. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations. During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate, as we are unable to make changes to the delivery address once an order has been placed.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
