Each Samaií Bijou piece is carefully handcrafted and prepared especially for you.

For this reason, all purchases are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

The only exception is if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@samaii-bijou.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will be happy to review your claim and assist you. In case of failure to notify us within 24 hours, please note that we cannot offer the refund for a damaged item.

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Any items returned without prior written approval from our team cannot be accepted.
